New Log in Instructions

Over the weekend of October 4th and 5th, we migrated the Do Good™ Channel to a completely new platform which provides many improvements and enhancements. Part of this upgrade involved changing our system of usernames and passwords to increase security. As such, all administrators of content for the Do Good™ Channel (this is you), need to update their login information. If you're the person whose email address was originally associated with the account, you should have received several emails with details and instructions. However, if you missed those emails, here is what you'll need to do.

Change your password

  1. Start by going to the following URL: http://dogoodchannel.com/forgotpassword
  2. Enter the email address you used to create the account.
  3. Click "Reset Password."
  4. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. When it arrives, click the very long link that is enclosed, or copy and paste it into your browser address bar.
  5. You will be taken to a form that simply asks you to enter your new password twice.
  6. Do this and click "Submit"
  7. Your password will now be whatever you selected.

Log in

  1. Logging in is almost exactly the same as it has always been. Click the "Sign in" link in the upper right corner or the channel (or if you're doing it now, use this URL: http://dogoodchannel.com/userlogin)
  2. You'll see that where "Username" used to be, the form now says "Email". In this field, enter the email address you used to create the account.
  3. Enter your new password from above.
  4. Click "Log In"
  5. If you've entered all the correct information, you should be all set!
